Oli Mobilarma 500 Series is a premium-performance product that is primarily intended as a run-in or lay-up lubricant, which provides effective rust prevention film on the internal surface of the engine. They are especially suitable as lubricants for diesel and gasoline engines. Oil removes water from the metal surface and forms a waterproof film on the metal surface to prevent rust and corrosion. The Mobilarma oil series absorbs water in the system into a water-in-oil emulsion so that the contact surface of the engine continues to get satisfactory lubrication. Its high chemical stability and anti-wear and detergent properties make it suitable as a high quality short-term lubricant.
In most applications, residual rust preventive film does not need to be removed when the assembly is filled with lubricating oil or hydraulic fluid and put back into service. However, rinsing with lubricating oil to remove Mobilarma products or film residues, is recommended if:
